What is the difference between Gel-X and traditional acrylics?
Gel-X is the world's first soft gel nail extension system. Unlike acrylics that require harsh chemicals and filing, Gel-X tips are applied with our pH-balanced Extend Gel and cured under LED light, offering a more natural look and healthier alternative for your natural nails.
How long do Gel-X manicures typically last?
When applied correctly with proper nail preparation, a Gel-X set can last up to 4 weeks without lifting or chipping. Because they are made of soft gel, they provide flexibility that prevents breakage better than hard plastics.
How do I safely remove my Aprés Nail extensions?
Our extensions are 100% soak-off. Simply file off the top coat and soak your nails in acetone for 15-20 minutes. The gel will dissolve into a soft consistency that can be gently pushed away, ensuring no damage to the natural nail bed.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide! International orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping times and customs fees vary by country. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I return products if I am not satisfied?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns on gels, liquids, or tips that have been opened or used.
Are Aprés Nail products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products on animals, and the majority of our Gel-X system components are formulated without animal-derived ingredients.
